5 Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).

What Meta Pixel Does

The Meta Pixel helps us measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and build audiences for advertising. It may collect:

  • Pixel-specific data (Pixel ID, cookies)

6 Google Ads and Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

7 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA).

What Clarity Collects

Clarity creates heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Sensitive fields (such as email and payment inputs) are automatically masked. Data collected may include:

8 Payment Processing (Mollie)

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, The Netherlands). Mollie processes your payment data independently under their own privacy policy. We receive only transaction confirmation — we do not store credit card or bank account numbers.

9 Data Storage (Supabase)

We store your quiz answers, email address, order information, and generated training plans using Supabase (Supabase Inc.), a cloud database provider. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States.

10 AI-Assisted Plan Generation (Anthropic)

Your personalized training plan is generated with the help of artificial intelligence. To create it, the answers you provide in our quiz and your dog's profile (such as breed, age, and behavior details) are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), the provider of the "Claude" AI model, which processes this information to produce your plan. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States.

How Your Data Is Used

Anthropic processes this data solely to generate your training plan on our behalf. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your inputs and the generated outputs are not used to train its AI models. We do not transmit your name or email address for this purpose — only the quiz and dog-profile information needed to create the plan.

11 Email Communications

We use a third-party email service provider to deliver your training plan and transactional emails. By providing your email address at checkout, you consent to receiving your plan and order-related messages. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your separate consent.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@bark-plan.com.

12 Data Retention

  • Quiz data and training plans: Retained for up to 2 years after purchase.
  • Purchase / billing records: Retained for up to 7 years to comply with US tax and accounting requirements.
  • Email communications: Retained for up to 3 years for support and service purposes.
  • Browser local storage: Persists until manually cleared by you in your browser.

13 Your Privacy Rights

Your Rights
