By purchasing from or using Bark Plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Our training plans are based on general positive reinforcement principles. Every dog is different; results depend on many factors including your dog's history, health, and the consistency of your training. Bark Plan is not responsible for any injury to you, your dog, or third parties arising from use of our plans. You assume full responsibility for how you implement any training suggestions.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Bark Plan. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in our quiz and at checkout. We rely on the information you provide to generate your plan. Bark Plan is not responsible for an unsuitable plan resulting from inaccurate quiz inputs.
Bark Plan sells digital products on a one-time purchase basis. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Mollie's User Agreement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@bark-plan.com before filing a dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery of costs.
Your personalized training plan is delivered exclusively by email as a digital file (PDF). Delivery occurs within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days.
If you do not receive your plan within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@bark-plan.com and we will resend it.
Delivery is considered complete when we send the plan to the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you can receive email attachments.
Upon purchase, Bark Plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use your training plan for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Bark Plan provides training guidance only. We make no representation or warranty that following our plans will produce specific outcomes with your dog. Results vary based on individual dog temperament, health, owner consistency, and other factors outside our control.
THE SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEBKOWSKI & MORITZ GBR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO YOUR DOG, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debkowski & Moritz GbR and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Bark Plan, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Bark Plan is operated by Debkowski & Moritz GbR, a company based in Germany. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in the United States or another country, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of your place of residence — this choice of law does not deprive you of those rights.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@bark-plan.com if you have a dispute — we will do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Oldenburg, Germany shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with Bark Plan on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For purchases already completed, the Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bark Plan regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
